I don't see any fault in this product. Its solid head gear for rough and tough calling work. Its very light and doesn't hurt your ears. 100% recommended.

The quality, and everything is just on point
Microphone quality is superb with the noise cancellation feature. Pretty comfortable padding material, so ears don’t get too hot after wearing for long periods. Sound quality wise, vocals and midrange quality is pretty decent, so great for listening to podcasts and attending meetings, although it’s average for music listening in my opinion, since the bass impact is minimal and soundstage is quite narrow.
The charger looks genuine, and very high quality. Its build quality is better than my old Xiaomi 100W 1A1C car charger.
The blue ring light looks cool. The charger does not heat up when charging my PD phone.

Al Hamd got it delivered to me within a few hours of placing the order. They were very cooperative. 10/10 service. Ive been using the kindle for a few months now and I've been loving it. Though, expect it to be slower than mobile phones' speed. Kindle: 8/10

PD also works, but expect slow laptop charging.
Issue: on latest Windows it keeps giving some notification connect/disconnect (I solved it by disabling the HDMI Port from Device Manager).
