basically i apologize, so i found out on youtube that this issue with joystick is common because it is so cheaply built (there is some weak molded plastic retainer holding the potentiometer in place) which gets broken, can happen in shipping too, i opened the joystick (which didn't seem like it was opened before so it was brand new unlike what i had thought previously) and i put some piece of cardboard there and use a Hot Glue gun to fix the potentiameter in place, which solved the issue i was having. i hope if anyone faces same problem with x/axis or y/axis moving together with a single input then you can open it up and fix it, it's very easy and straightforward. SHAME ON LOGITECH for making **** product with weaker plastic than a TOY CAR, BUT i still stand by my statement of warranty, if this was new they should've contacted logitech from whom they bought this and gotten me warranty.

This was an import we made independently, so we are unable to offer a local warranty. Local distributors would not be able to process a claim for it either and we can’t send it back too due to high cost of freight, which in some cases can exceed the cost of the product itself, we provide a 'check warranty' instead. This is a common practice in business for items imported directly, and as we clearly mentioned, it’s a 7-day check warranty. You chose to buy from us because the product was unavailable locally, and we hope this helps clarify our warranty policy.
Sound is very clear but bass is a bit low otherwise very good.
