basically i apologize, so i found out on youtube that this issue with joystick is common because it is so cheaply built (there is some weak molded plastic retainer holding the potentiometer in place) which gets broken, can happen in shipping too, i opened the joystick (which didn't seem like it was opened before so it was brand new unlike what i had thought previously) and i put some piece of cardboard there and use a Hot Glue gun to fix the potentiameter in place, which solved the issue i was having. i hope if anyone faces same problem with x/axis or y/axis moving together with a single input then you can open it up and fix it, it's very easy and straightforward. SHAME ON LOGITECH for making **** product with weaker plastic than a TOY CAR, BUT i still stand by my statement of warranty, if this was new they should've contacted logitech from whom they bought this and gotten me warranty.

Sound is very clear but bass is a bit low otherwise very good.

Great joystick and all but the shipping like joystick is 17500 and 2500 shipping, overall satisfied with the product but the throttle is a little unreal, there no option like this much pull for this much speed just full pull for full throttle and idle for idle so definately needs improvement for that!

total fraud, joystick is sending inputs by itself, and when you push forward it pushes to the right, if you pull back it also pushes to the left, you can't fly. this is insane !!!!!!!!!!! they sold a unit with faulty potentiameter, they confirmed it was brand new.
this website is dishonest and disgusting they say bi ism allah before they scam you, they scam you in the name of allah. beaware. they're not giving claim, even tho there should be 1 year of warranty. buy from official logitech.
