As soon as they found out they had sent the wrong pads, the shopkeeper immediately called me personally and sent an extra pair of cushion pads free of cost. These guys are professional, and very very sincere with their customers. I am honestly surprised and pray that Allah blesses them with good deeds and feel sorry for the bad review.
